Alliance bank used to be friendly but now that they became part of NBT bank Customer service is lacking, at this location especially from my experience. The teller I had today would not even print me a receipt for my savings account. She said that she "can't". Which I find very hard to believe, considering I have had tellers do that at another location with no problem. Secondly I asked if I could pay my NBT Credit Card bill and the teller told me I would have to wait a while because the only the Manager could assist with that and she was busy. It just bothered me that I was looking at 5 tellers and I was the only customer there, but none could assist me with paying my credit card bill. I didnt have time to wait today so I will need to make other arrangement to pay, which is just more hassle.
