So first they tried to sell me service that had just been done elsewhere. I did not fall for it. Then, less than 300 miles after they supposedly did, among other work, a complete oil change, the motor seized during a snow storm (that was fun to be stuck on the shoulder of the interstate in a snowstorm) and had to be towed (more fun trying to get a tow to come out in a snowstorm). When it was evaluated by the shop that it was towed to, they found that the oil pan plug was stripped and so tightly in that they could not budge it. When they finally drilled that plug out, the oil was completely black, and thick; no way fresh top of the line synthetic oil was put into my engine just 300 miles earlier. So, I wonder what else of the $600+ work I was charged for was not done... car is gone, and so is this previously loyal customer.
I do all my own work but I bring all my vehicles here for tires, alignments etc. They do a good job and the people are friendly. As far as them trying to sell you more service yeah it's a chain and they are trained to duo that. Know what you want to have done and tell them to do just that
They have great service but DON'T LEAVE A CUSTOMER'S INSIDE HEAT AT 90° NO MATTER WHAT TEST YOU HAD TO DO ESPECIALLY IF IT WASN'T THAT HIGH WHEN YOU ENTERED THE VEHICLE!!!!
These guys are awesome. Went above and beyond. Tyler, Sam, and Rick the mechanic who stayed late to work on my car!
Awesome, fast service. Clean waiting room. Honest technicians. What more could I ask for?
