I should have listened to the reviews - this place is BULLSHIT. I did the manual wash and the foam brush broke off while I was using it. The vacuum had very little sucking power. And the vending machine for cleaning cloths stole my quarters!
I tried this place out since my old favorite has seemingly closed. Two major downfalls were the very poor water pressure (even with the trigger pulled on the sprayer this place has the worst pressure I've experienced at a car wash) and you get an additional 20 seconds with each quarter... no bonus/deals or anything. 25 cents for 20 seconds goes quick when the sprayer requires numerous laps to clean well. If you have a pocket full of quarters and are rather desperate this place will do ok. If you have time, find somewhere else.
Truck had some mud on it. Went through the touchless wash once ($7 deluxe deal), truck came out pretty dirty still. They offered to let me go through again, but after a 2nd time it was still dirty along the bottom of the doors and in various places. By that point I was done and didn't feel like going through a 3rd time.
Clearly not a well-maintained facility. Spend your many, many quarters elsewhere.
There is no pre soak no tire cleaner. And its dirty. Miss the days when this was a nice place. North Salina car wash is better. Should have gone there. Waste of money at sparkle city.
If they are reading this, please guys, don't be lazy. You almost had a customer but lost me immediately.
