I called to talked to someone, they answered, they were very helpful, and so far I only have good things to say about them, very different experience than the one I had with the police officer.

Tried calling multiple times. I kept getting pre-recorded messages. Then it would either promptly hang up on me or tell me it was sending me to someone, then saying nobody was available, THEN hanging up on me. How do they expect to RUN A GOVERNMENT if they can't even handle the phones?
Been trying to call for 3 days no one answers the phone I have a ticket to take care of and no time to physically go into the city.
You have to listen to the whole recording. They give you another number to call to speak to a person. They answered on the second ring and the woman I spoke with was very helpful and nice.
