Horrible!!!!!!!! DO NOT go to this dentistry. I went there fine and left with an infection and only had a cleaning. Was told I would have to drive past Rochester to have I went there fine and left with an infection. Was told I would have to drive past Rochester to have 9 teeth pulled that didn't need pulling!!!! On top of them tell me I had to go to Rochester to have my teeth pulled, they sent the total wrong x-rays and they were a paper copy when it's in the actual x-rays! Don't get me wrong it looks nice and it's clean but it's not worth it! I repeat if you like your teeth want your teeth don't go here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I came to this place as a new patient due to having severe back molar pain. Once I arrived I immediately notified the manager that I had a switch in my insurance. I didn’t have the physical insurance card but I did have the new insurance information in digital format in my phone. The manager immediately brushed me off and told me that I could not receive treatment because my new insurance needed to be verified the morning of my appointment. I then went on to explain to her that I was never notified of this policy and when I called in advance to speak with someone they also never informed me. I also stated to her that I was dealing with this pain for over 3 months and that all other attempts to come sooner were denied due to them being booked. I also told her that I would be willing to return home (which was 10mins away) to get the physical insurance card if that was the issue. The manager then became very rude stating to me that she didn’t have time to verify my new insurance and that it would take up to 30mins to verify. I replied to her saying that I undersood and would be willing to patiently wait the thirty minutes. The manager didn't like this idea and said to me that there are other patients that needed her help and she doesn’t have time to deal with my issue. Note that there was one individual in the waiting room at the time. I believed that this was very rude of her and requested to speak to her boss. Once I got a chance to speak to her boss I asked for a formal apology, she went on to take the side of her employee stating to me that it was my responsibility to provide my insurance information. Her boss also stated that I needed to know what my insurance pays for and what it covered, completely ignoring the fact that I did have my insurance information and that her employee was very rude to a new patient. I didn’t even get a chance to explain my situation fully because the boss already had it in her mind that I was in the wrong. Please know that I was always polite and in no way rude in my conversations with the receptionist or the employees. It should also be noted that statements were made saying that past patients who had similar problems were given an hour window to resolve their issues. My appointment was at 130pm they closed at 5pm and I could of easily retrieved the physical card and be back to the office in half that time. I also would be still within the “hour window resolving time” that they spoke of. Why wasn’t I given the same treatment as the patients in the past??? Instead I was brushed off, treating unfairly and rejected. I walked out of here very sad hoping that I could get treatment for my tooth pain but instead treated like a nuisance. Then they bombarded me with policies that I was never told about in advance, as an excuse not to help me and an excuse to justify their employee misconduct. I also ended up in the ER that same night because of how much pain I was in. They have the worst costumer service I’ve ever seen. They discriminated against me treated me, with disrespect and did not have time for me. All I wanted before I wrote this review, was an apology from the employee who was being rude to me and to save someone else in the future from receiving this poor treatment…….. But when I asked for an apology, her boss also rejected……. In the end, please save yourself the time/stress and please do not go to this dentistry.

The office is modern and clean. The staff is professional and friendly. Dr Darling is kind and compassionate. My whole family are now patients.

My family and I have been coming here for a few years and we absolutely love it. I get baffled whenever I see someone actually post a negative review about this dentistry. We love everything about this dentist! The receptionists have always been accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about insurances and how everything works. Doctor Darling is fantastic. He's done a few restorations for me and I've never had an issue! Doctor Darling and his assistant are so efficient and caring during the process. The entire staff has always been friendly to our family. I would highly recommend this dentist to everyone of all ages! Not to mention, this is also one of the cleanest offices we've ever been in.

I had to give this place one star even though they dont deserve it. Went today to fix my chipped tooth I told the assistant I didn't want my tooth filed and she went to tell the dentist. He came to me and I'm told him I didn't want to be numbed and he said "whatever" I said why do I need to be numbed if I am just building up the tooth(didn't have a cavity on it it was my front tooth) he said "uhh so it doesn't hurt but whatever" Unprofessional. So he went a head and filed, I thought he was preparing the tooth, after one min he was like ok done and left. I told the DA what did he do, she said he filed it, I was like but I didn't want it filed. She tried to make me feel better by explaining. I am a dental assistant and the first time I went there was my first time. I got an xray and cleaning. The hygienist took an xray and I noticed I have cavities on my front teeth in the corner I asked is that cavities? She said no even though I knew it was I know how to read xrays. So basically dont trust them. Worst dentist alive. He shouldnt be allowed to continue working as a dentist what a shame.
