Absolutely the WORST front desk staff I have ever encountered. Extremely unorganized and scattered. Every time I have had an appointment with them something has gone wrong; wether it be they don't have (can't find) my insurance card, or they give me the WRONG lab slip for a blood draw and I have to REDO the blood draw because said WRONG lab slip was handed to me. Then, I moved to New Hampshire and it took them a week to figure out how to fax my medical documents to my new OBGYN. If anything, this practice has made my first trimester a NIGHTMARE medically speaking. I highly recommend going to a chop shop before dealing with this level of incompetence.
