The customer service at this store is horrible from the manager down to the employees. Went in for a gold Christmas tree was told there were none. I asked if they could double check for me. The manager told me she put everything out. I asked if she could assist me with a different tree she told me she was going on break. I asked for a manager and she said I am one. I just called today 4 days later to inquire about the tree and spoke with a employee name Jim. He stated they have had those trees. I explained to him that I was just in the store 4 days ago and was told differently and he rudely cut me off and said ma'am regardless of what happened we have the tree do you want it or not. Not to mention I'm handicapped so its not as easy to get around.
So glad to have this at Destiny ... it is one of my favorite stores ❤️❤️
I went to buy a very large mirror and needed help between the size and how high up the mirrors were. An associate by the name of Aaron assisted me and he was beyond helpful and pleasant as I asked him to take down several large mirrors so I could look at them together. I made my selections and he put back all the ones I didnt want without a fuss. Then he helped me all the way out to my car to get them all loaded. It is so rare to find customer service at this level anymore. Kudos to Aaron for going above and beyond and with a smile on your face, I really do appreciate it and for sure will be back to shop more!
