Scorched suit pants. When I brought It to their attention they claimed it couldn't have been them. Repeatedly denied scorching my pantsand offered no recourse. Also ruined one of my suit jackets because they didnt empty out the pockets. Its like they just dont care about belongings that theyve been trusted with.
