Initial phone conversation went well, but bottomed out from there. Several promised return calls never happened. Always had to call them back, only to be promised again they would call back but it didn't happen. We finally said forget it and moved on to another attorney. Wasted time and high frustration.
After being bounced around with 4-5 new ones the merger with Fallon law happened.
In the beginning my lawyer was thorough and quick to respond. When she left for maternity I was never informed I had a new lawyer.
Missed a meeting years ago. Seems they saved that in a file and wont talk to me. Cost them a lot of $$. Never again. If asked all I have to do is be honest. Like I'm doing now.
