Excellent food, I got prime rib and it was cooked exactly as I ordered. Prices were not bad.

First time I tried ordering from this location. Quite possibly the rudest staff I've ever spoken to while placing an order: interrupting, rushing, arguing that I should know what the specials are because my number came in their system, and then accusing me of lying when I told him I hadn't ordered from that location before so wasn't sure if the pizza specials were different. I literally had to cancel my order because it was so frustrating trying to order from this guy. I'll stick to Twin Trees location in North Syracuse if I feel like their pizza.

Was only present for wedding rehearsal, didn't get a proper chance to experience. From what I did see and experience though, good place.

Tonight our family of 6 ordered a large pizza with sausage, pepperoni, roasted red peppers, bacon, ham, onions and extra cheese. The server said it was the heaviest pizza she ever carried, I say it was the best pizza I ever ate!! Crust was perfect! Antipasto on the side was perfect! Doesn't get any better then Twin Trees Too!!!!!

On 10/28/2017 my colleges and I ordered 1 Large cheese pizza and a dozen wings with a 2 liter of pepsi. They told me the wait would be anywhere from 30-45 minutes and after giving me a total of $27.68 I thanked them and hung up the phone. The following is what proceeded, after an HOUR we called them to make sure that the pizza and wings were indeed made and sent. They said that they had already left and should be there any minute. 20 minutes later we called again and explained our discontent with the service understanding that it is busy on Saturday's but that being the case just give the customer a realistic time! They apologize for the inconvenience and told us to inform the driver to discount our meal $10.00 for the inconvenience. Within 5 minutes the driver called our store and told us that she was here but to hurry outside because she was in a hurry. I laughed out loud and said to myself, well, this should be interesting I have never been told to hurry to get my food after it is a HALF HOUR LATE!!! We went outside to find the driver no where near our building, but instead across the street at a local pharmacy store. We proceeded to call her phone back from the caller ID and flagged her from our own parking lot in the pouring rain. She then pulled up to our building but on the other side from our entrance. The owner of our location called over to her that we are on the front of the building. Keep in mind it is absolutely POURING RAIN OUT. She then pulls up to the front of our NEIGHBORS building and waves us over to her vehicle to get our food which was sitting on the edge of her driver side window WITHOUT a heat bag and soaking it. We had to explain to her the discount which she applied and then after paying her made a wild dash for our front door. Feeling rushed and soaked from the rain it never occurred to me that she did not give us our soda as she took off from the neighbors parking lot. I'm a pretty level headed guy but my owner is not as understanding and proceeded to call the store INSISTING on speaking to a manager. After calling the counter woman she explained to me that the driver that delivered to us has been called on multiple times and she was new and in training and unfortunately this was probably the end of her employment. It is never my intention to have and employee lose there source of income but my mother taught me a long time ago that when you eat out your not paying for the food your paying for the service. That being said after speaking with Dan who I believe is the active manager, he informed me that he was terribly sorry for our bad experience and that he would send us some complimentary dinner comp cards AND that the next time we ordered he would compensate the bill to off set the food we received because as you can imagine after food has been placed and made for over an hour the pizza was barely edible as were the wings which is a shame as our whole company really does love your food. On 10/30/2017 our company called to receive the food (CORRECTLY) this time and was informed that they do not compensate with ''FREE'' food for and order that was wrong. I asked to speak with her manager and she handed me to her cook who informed us that HE is only the COOK and knows nothing about any type of compensation and that we would need to speak to a manager. We then RE-ASKED for a manager who the phone was then handed back to the counter girl who said ''The manager on duty tonight is extremely busy and can not take this phone call''. She told me the best bet was to get a hold of Dan in the morning. I then said that is ok an told her I would do just that. That brings us to now. I have posted this to inform the general public of how this company handles miss orders, late delivery's , cold food, drinks missing, and unbelievably POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from the driver. I plan on contacting Dan as instructed by the cook and counter girl and will keep you updated on the results. I hope this does not happen often to other customers at that location. I will write a new review after my convo with dan, Bye for now
