Great food and great service. Restaurant always kept tidy and clean. Problem really stems after hours at around 9pm till close when the drive through line gets long and it seems like the employees are slacking or goofing off and the food isn't prepped, making the food process take longer. Have only had my order wrong a few times in the past year and it's usually on those busy days.
Food is good... I had a coupon for a free single with cheese if I bought a single and a medium drink... sandwich price was 4.89 medium drink was 2.49 so my cost was 7.38 plus tax... I asked if I just got a single combo for $7.39 if that qualifies for the free sandwich...the combo has a medium drink...the same single...so it was a tiny fry...you know the size...about 10 fries...well they saved themselves 10 fries...but cost themselves a penny and a customer...lol plenty would have figured that out quickly...but cheers to the one sticking to the rules! I'm sure I'll find other Wendy's out there willing to get and keep my business for a few fries right? Lol
I like all Wendys locations and most of the products they serve. Fresh , never frozen is what they advertise and every single Wenys I've ever eaten at has tasted fresh and been cooked properly. Also thier staff is great, rarely messing up and order. And who can resist a frosty ??? Even in the middle of winter they are delicious, goes well with a baked potato and a bowl of chili !
White meat or Gray meat chicken sandwich....last time I go to a Wendy's $10 for this unmixed strawberry Lemonade, and over salted fries. Plus 10 cents for BBQ sauce...if this is the quality of your chicken you should be giving the sauce away to cover up the taste when you bite into a piece of the sandwich that looks like this.
Every time I visit this Wendy's I'm greeted by happy faces and delicious food, this is my #1 Wendy's:)
