I must say my daughter is love with all different converse they sell however there policy's for canceling or changing and order its the worst I've ever seen. I placed and order a few weeks ago and realize 20 mins after I place it it was the wrong size (20mins later) so I called right away to see if they could change the size. I was told no once the order is "processing" you can't change or cancel and order. so I had to wait for them to come in just to send them right back and pay return shipping just to reorder the right size. that's crazy to me. now last night I placed the last order for the last thing I'll ever buy from this company. today I was at the mall with my daughter and she found a pair that was sold out online and as of last night was out of stock, so we got them and I live chat 'd with a laura and was told the same thing can't make any changes etc. now if the orders had shipped out already then ya I understand not being able to do anything but processing yes you should be able to make a size change or cancel an order. I've never had this problem with any company before.

I was at your Destiny USA, Syracuse, NY location yesterday on 5/26/2017. I bought a pair of DC's and they were snug on my feet. The lady at the store (Jaime) did help me find a pair the same size as my previous ones. However the ones I had before were custom made from another location. She did say the padding would make it feel a little tight. However when I went home I walked around for a few minutes out on my porch with them in to get a feel for them. But they were really crunching my toes together so I took them off to feel the inside. There was no padding down by the toe area, so I did not feel comfortable with keeping them. So I went to return them. I did not have a chance to take the few pieces of grass off of the bottom from, that was left over from on my porch. I checked the shoes before hand though for any scuffs by chance, which there was none. No dirt marks or anything. Still perfectly fine except the couple pieces of grass which was in the bottom of the shoe. I only wore them for maybe 5-10 minutes to get a feel for them. Well, when I went to return them, (Jaime), the manager from which I was told after previously calling the store, refused to return them and would only exchange them. She came across with a blunt attitude about the shoes while I had no attitude in front of other workers and customers. My brother was with me at the moment. I tried explaining to her the situation about it crunching my toes while walking. She didn't really want to hear it and barely gave me a chance to speak. I told her I didn't really want an exchange because I was just going to look elsewhere. But she said "well you still wore them, so now I can't sell them". Now how is that possible when everyone tries shoes on??? They are still wearing them!! She absolutely refused to give me my money back!! So she said she is sending me an exchange in the mail which I did tell her I did not want, but she kept arguing with me about the shoes. My email and my card were both used so should be on file. I now am a VERY DISSATISFIED customer and I want a complete refund. When the exchange comes in the mail I am RETURNING them to the store and I would like this situation resolved and my money back. My brother and I are no longer going to be shopping with Journey's again due to this experience. I will be looking elsewhere.
