Had an amazing time and love the upgrades from previous trip. Crystal was a very friendly and bubbly member. Slightly disappointed in the inperfessional and inappropriate a tire of the other young lady there. But was a great experience! Thank you
Had a fun trying to escape the room. Friendly and helpful staff for a fun experience. The room lasted quite a bit longer than I expected, though I initially thought it was a but pricey. It was pretty enjoyable with a close group, but it might be frustrating for some. Definitely more difficult and less flashy that 5Wit. We would definitely go again.
I came in a few nights ago with my family to do Treasure Island (a level 1 and 3 Room) which we were later explained that the rooms are auto continuing so we had the option to continue playing the higher level if we still had time left on our timer) the young lady at the front desk was beyond helpful. I believe her name was Pauletta. She was so patient with us when explaining how the rooms worked and she even helped us more than the allowed 2 clues. She was entergetic and had an infectious laugh. Definitely an amazing experience for us. We took our picture after we finished the room. And were told they’d go on the website, but I told her she could delete it because I didnt want my photo on a website. She offered to email it to me which I thought was very kind. Definitely great customer service and I can’t wait to escape from our next room! I’ve already booked ahead for my granddaughters birthday. You guys have won me over. Worth the money and an awesome experience.
Love coming here!! The staff is outstanding and so very helpful and the rooms are way too much fun! Bring a group of friends and get yourself locked in there!!
Was very happy with one team member. She was friendly and happy. Crystal was helpful to us and made our trip nice and fun. Was a bit disappointed in the manager. He was a little (very) to "friendly" with inappropriate comments as tho we liked him. As well as his cleanliness. We frequent the mall and always see crystal with a smile helping and she is always kind. This store needs more staff like her. Loved the game! Tried the new superhero and had a blast as well as tried the new treasure island at another trip. We def love the games! Would like to see more in the rooms but they are looking good!
