Having a health-complicated bulldog is tricky and appreciate the doctors knowing the latest studies and medications. They seem to enjoy my dog when she is in there. They listen to me and believe me, and work WITH me to give me options on what I feel is best for Gertie. I feel "heard" when I go there. Never talked down to. Feel like I am part of the team for deciding how to proceed with Gertie's health. Dr. Bailey and Dr. Corrigan have seen Gertie, and they were wonderful for never seeing her before. I prefer Dr. Guest since she is always there and very knowledgeable. She also is humble enough to not act like an authoritarian or blaming me. It is comforting to know we are on same team looking for best care for Gertie. I drive from Jamesville because I can't imagine anyone being better than Dr. Guest and her colleagues. Tech staff is kind and patient and administrative staff are welcoming and excellent as well.
Im only giving it a one star because I can’t give them a zero star. My mother just went in there with out dog and she was treated horribly the staff was disrespectful rude and not a help at all. She was crying about the dog and all they cared about was getting paid. They saw how much she cares for the dog and totally took advantage of it and charge her for nonsense. They run test after test and keep charging her more and more money. When all it was, was a stomach bug. We will be telling everyone we know who goes there to stop going there and will be calling the BBB. If you want to spend 100s if dollars and be treated like garage then this is the place for that.
We have always brought our dog here when I moved to the area. We had to put her down about a month ago and I couldnt have ask for a better place to do it. Everyone is super nice and they are there for anything that you need. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
It was a Sunday and of course that's when my dog needed a doctors attention. I was so relieved to know I could go to Fairmount's urgent care! I didn't have to wait long and the doctor and staff were excellent. I highly recommend this service!
