"I had my daughter's 7th Birthday Celebration there. She loved it and so did all Kids (and their adults). My party attendant was fun and very attentive. We also had a visit from "Billy the Bee" himself. We go to Billy Bees often for Church functions and the service is always stellar. The staff is courteous and the facility is always clean when I am there. There is always plenty of space to store our shoes and other belonging. What a great way to spend an afternoon.
The facility is nice. They certainly need more attendants on the floor. Why were there three people at a very slow front desk, one at an equally slow concession stand, and only one on the floor with the kids attending the trampoline and essentially doing nothing? You have a lot of places where it hard to see the children. I am not a huge fan of the design of the place...However, if you are willing to crawl around after your young child it is fun. Parents shouldn't have to pay. There isn't anything for them to really enjoy there...other than their children...

We went for our first time and I was so disappointed. I have been hearing great things about this place but no one ever mentioned how uncomfortable it is to slide on the slides. My 5 year old and I went down a slide and because of how steep they are we went so fast we hit the net and it hurt me so I can just imagine her. Not much else for the kids to do. I was there an hour maybe and I seen 4 kids crying because they hurt themselves sliding on the slides and I heard 3 adults complaining how rough the slides were. The toddler area slides are the same and there isn't enough room for the kids to slide without hitting the wall or net part. My 3 year old only went once because he went so fast he hit himself on the net. Unfortunately not a place I will be going to again
The real reason for 3 stars; we scheduled a birthday party there for last spring. We set up for a room, and when we got there were told that we didn't actually commit to anything and they would be more than happy to charge us to set up some tables in the hallway outside of the store. So long, safety and security. Not to mention, really?? We worked something out to allow the kids to play and then use a semi private area after the current group left, but it was embarrassing and took 45 minutes to even come to that conclusion. 45 minutes with 20 kids who just want to play is fun. To make matters worse, our pizza order was an hour and a half late. My advice; make sure you have everything in order a few times before bringing your party.
The kids don't get bored here! Pretty secure entry and exit, so you can let the kids run without thinking they're going to leave on their own or with somebody else. As always, idiots have made their marks. It's obvious that somebody was too self important to wait at the exit, and the gate is pried out. During peak times, the city kids flood the place and are less than courteous. They will push your kid out of the way.
