me and my best friend have been waiting to finally come here... it was worth the wait
Omg there was this blonde girl that was soooooo rude. When me and my friend go to skyzone just to play dodgeball and they literally hate us for no reason. We go every weekend and being teenage girls we get a little snippy every so often, I understand. we have had a couple of problems with the staff being a little cocky but we understood cause we knew that we could be mean, but this time was outrageous, we walked up to her to ask if they could change it to c group and she flipped her hair and said “later”. I was like ok and thought she was rude and I did talk about her loudly and some of the staff herd and all of a sudden they all are staring at me at me and my friend and the whole night was like this. The girl when we were in the pit set the sides up unfairly against me and my friend and kept giving us dirty looks. And the last time we played dodgeball she literally yells “I will not be talked down to” ok me and my friend were talking about how rude she was, but we were not talking too her. One time we asked her to open the pit and we complained after that there was 15 minutes left and her friend said watch your mouth!” Really loud to embarrass us we. And when we went to free jump all we see are the teenage workers on there little walkie talkies staring at just us and giving us dirty looks and it was all of them no matter where we went. Other people were complaining and the manager defends the blonde girl and said she was working a ten hour shift. First of all I’m calling bs second why was she working that long at SKYZONE third like every other business she needs to pull herself together and act like a paid worker last the manager should neveeerrrr have had to say that he should know then there is a problem with the service we were receiving. I felt attacked when all the workers were hanging up on us and talking about us and the manager had no control and didn’t even try.
The kids had a really fun time there. Its a bit pricey. Love that thwy have dodgeball.
We brought nine children for a birthday and had a blast. They assigned a staff member to our party and she made it happen with ease. I definitely recommend it. And of course, trampolines everywhere. Just don’t sit in the massage chairs without paying!!!
I made a purchase of one of their gaming tickets. I didn’t have change so I gave them a bigger bill. They then told me that they don’t offer change. Their manager claimed that the gaming machines are not theirs. So they forced me to buy another gaming ticket. Very dishonest and disappointing business practices. Certainly do not trust them around kids.
