I recently turned 60 years old and realize that I need to become more active but wanted to do it in a way that I really enjoyed. When I was younger, riding a bike with one of my favorite things to do. While during the past couple of years I have tried bikes at other stores, I never felt confident and comfortable on the bikes that they suggested for me. I stopped into Syracuse Bicycle and I now have a beautiful new bike that I am thrilled about. When I stopped at the store, I talked with Zack and explained to him that I was feeling very anxious about trying bike riding again. Zack was completely understanding and amazingly patient with me, considering that I'm sure he often deals with incredibly experience bikers. Zack found me the perfect bike, made the perfect adjustments and had me try the bike out in the parking lot. I felt like a kid again- having that same amazing feeling of freedom that bike riding provides. I purchased the bike on the spot and I'm absolutely thrilled that I now have a way to exercise that I thoroughly enjoy!!!! This bicycle shop is a gem!!! They make the beginner cyclist, or should I say the throwback S cyclist- feel every bit as important to them as I'm sure they make the racing and mountain cyclist feel when they walk through the door. This is definitely the place in Syracuse to buy a bike in a friendly, respectful, informative and non- sales pressure environment.
I dropped off my daughter's new bike on a Saturday afternoon to be assembled. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The gentleman who helped me said their turnaround time is 24-48 hours, but he would try to get to it that day. I went to the movies and before the movie was even over, they called to tell me the bike was ready. Great service, great employees, and fair prices. You can't ask for anything more!
My entire family has been buying bikes from Syracuse Bike for years. Paul and his team are excellent to work with. They always go above and beyond and are very knowledgeable. They also have a huge inventory. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new bike or accessories check them out.
Amazing customer service! I stopped in today with my electric bike, and had some questions about the brakes and the chain alignment- I was greeted immediately, and an associate serviced my bike right then while I browsed the vast assortment of accessories. He finished with the bike within ten minutes, and kindly answered all of my questions. He also took the time to help me find a adapter for an accessory I was I interested in, but otherwise would not have been able to attach to my bike. Both of which had GREAT PRICES!
I had an excellent experience at Syracuse Bicycle yesterday! I got a bike for my birthday, and I needed a helmet. When I came in, your sales associate Zak was so helpful in explaining the differences between the helmets and he went back to the storage room several times to get different colors and sizes. I wanted a helmet that would match my bike color, and he was so patient and accommodating. I live nearly an hour away and I will definitely make the trip back just for the customer service experience. Way to go Zak and Syracuse Bicycle! :)
