Lowe's employees are supposed to walk you to the product you are looking for I just spent 45 minutes walking around the store four different employees telling me the item should be over here or be over there not one of them could be bothered to leave their station to help me find the item I was looking for I will never shop there again and to whoever is reading this go to Home Depot.
Your employees would be of more use not being present. No one knows where anything in. No one has any actual knowledge in the departments they work in, besides Adam in plumbing. Dude is amazing, the other lowes employees laugh at me when I ask for Adam because they know he’s one of the few with any skills. Very few times will anyone help load/offer to help when purchasing 25 sheets of Sheetrock. Overall very disappointed in lowes in general. I try to do more local business as they do far greater at pleasing their customers. Spent $8k over the last 2 months. Will be defiantly searching ways to not do business here.
Went with a fabric sample to pick out matching paint. The Lowe's person quickly stepped up to offer assistance & we found exactly the color! We left with everything we needed to complete the task at hand...love Lowe's helpers...respectful, kind, knowledgeable
The location is a little difficult to find as it’s set back from the main arterial roadway. However there is a large sign near the driveway to turn in. Drove down there to pick up a freezer that was on sale from the Black Friday deals, which was fantastic. Went to appliances and told the lady working there what I wanted and she said they were all out of them. Then I told her I just drove there from the Rome location and that the folks there said they had 6 of them in this store. She checked on the computer and then promptly brought one out to me.
I went into this Lowe's in Syracuse today, and was seeking help on a product. When I asked for help and why they told me I can just look on the back and read it myself. Mind you there were 3 workers just standing around doing nothing at the time. I can't believe they were not willing to help out a customer. I went to Home Depot where I was assisted and helped without a problem. I will never go back to Lowe's again, and I will let everyone know to not go there either. Very lazy workers and unprofessional. They have lost my business for good after today!
