Their staff is usually rude and the pricing is not even close to the competitors and the overall stores are not friendly to shop in while the restaurants are overpriced.
Scummy white trash brown haired girl too busy talking with her ghetto friends to notice MY OWN unlimted black credit card has the same damn last name as my license. Instead of letting me talk with a manager she went back to talking To her ghetto friends. Idiots like that deserve to not even work a minimum wage job and to be homeless. Worst customer service ever. Worse even I used the card there the day before and decided to go back. Next time I will go a few blocks away to ANY other liquor store.
Great selection of wines and liquor. Selection of finger lakes wines is a little light. But otherwise very good.
STAY FAR AWAY and shop with people whom care about repeat business
When looking for a delicious red, Le Sughere di Frassinello 2009, a young man went straight to the display & carried out a boxful for me. The price was better than I expected, the staff were pleasingly knowledgeable, and the line was not too long - so I didn't wait for more than a few minutes. I don't go anywhere else when I want really special wine selections. -- AK
