Had car keys cut and programmed yesterday. Very reasonably priced. The person who serviced me was very helpful.
Was Christmas at Destiny USA. And we locked the keys in the car. The guy was there in like five minutes. And it was very affordable.
I needed to have keys made for a boat that no longer had a key. I called around and everyone told me it would take 2 days. Fradon said to bring in the ignition and they'd give it try. The woman in the shop knew exactly what to do and within 10 minutes she had made me 3 new keys to the old boat. I have since been back for several other locks. There is never a wait, the service is excellent, and the prices are cheap. I don't know how they manage to make any money having multiple locksmiths standing in the shop all day. I will continue to take Fradon all of my lock needs.
Had terrible customer service on the phone and in person. Employees were misleading about the cost of having an electronic car key cut on the phone and then rude about it when we came to the store in person. If they had been polite or even courteous when we arrived at the store it may have made up for them being dishonest and short with me on the phone. As it was, we took our business elsewhere.
When it comes to safes they are as dependable as a Timex watch at having the type needed in emergency to secure the cash. even the big supply companies in NY and NJ . could not help . they have outlasted many supply companies and I am sure they will be able to help in many years to come.
