Needed a key for my car. The internet site was down to get the key spec. Owner went outside and took apart car lock, had a key made, and car back together in 10 minutes. Perfect!
Needed a new remote for a used Cadillac . Gladd quoted a price for a new and used remote, for half the price opted for the used. Went to get it programmed and it would not work after several attempts. We were not charged. After reading that there were cases where used remotes could not be reprogrammed, decided to try ordering a new one. Was programmed with no issues. Gladd employees were very nice and easy to deal with. I would have no problem recommending them to friends/family. BTW, the new remote was $60 less than a dealer had quoted and that remote didn't have a Cadillac emblem, the one purchased from Gladd did.
