when you order delivery they take your money from account then they tell u they cant deliver and you'll get money back somewhere between 3 and 4 days. they dont answer phone when you call and they go through grub hub which also sucks. if you want to throw money away im sure you can come up with many ways then giving it to either of these jokes.
same as the review before .. if i could rate with a negative then i would. food was nasty and they service on the phone was even worse. we ordered on grubhub and in a short time our food was at the door... announced by a delivery guy who wasnt understandable when he called to say he was outside. The orders were correct but thats where the positive stops. we both ordered hot subs, one with the bread on the side, and they were cold when we opened the wrappings. still we gave them a chance and tried eating but they were indeed cold, dried out, and the cheeses were like they had been melted.. two days ago and not ten minutes before. when we called Alley Katz to let them know we were unsatisfied and to see if we could get regular cold subs to replace the bad order or our money back they were rude and refused and offered loaded lies and excuses to try and convince us that we were wrong in thinking the food was bad..... their lies went from "we make every sub fresh as soon as we get the order" to "all subs are premade" " your sub was cold because you didnt want it on the bread so it didnt go into the oven".. ok but what about the hot sub that we ordered that was on the roll? that still got here cold and gross "it was ordered with no lettuce or salsa" what difference does that make?
if i could give this place and grubhub negative stars i would.
