This is a diamond in the rut in Syracuse. Very private with a great atmosphere to exercise in !

Love it! Great staff. Great pool. Great for the silver sneakers crowd. The scheduled exercise classes are convenient. I drive an hour to get to them. Highly recommend this gym.
