Sally and her staff were outstanding planning our 15 year anniversary trip to Venice and Barcelona. She created several tours from us to choose from based on our interests and desires. Since we had never been, she was able to share her experiences and even suggested day trips to Burano and Murano and a train trip to Florence (which we never would have thought of)! Every flight, hotel arrangement and tour was confirmed by her office and we had vouchers for everything so everything was seemless. My friend Patti an I went on a dream vacation to Aruba using the Vagabond Tour and Travel Agency- with the expert assistance of the agent Lori Tape. She went above and beyond in helping us fulfill our every request. My friend Patti has never traveled anywhere before and was extremely picky about going over each minute detail of the trip as well as the accommodations. I give Lori Tape 10 gold stars because she had the patience of a saint dealing with my friend's multitude of questions and demands. Kristen and Vagabond tours has planned many trips for my husband and I. They are very knowledgeable in many areas of the world. We have traveled to Italy, Ireland, Scotland and a River Cruise on the Blue Danube beginning Budapest and ending in Prague. We have traveled to almost every Sandals properties and are looking forward to our trip in January to Barbados. All these trips were planned to include every detail you could think of. We had a trip planned to Greece, Mediterrean Cruise and Paris this past September, but unfortunately I broke my foot and the trip had to be cancelled.
