Found what I was looking for at a great price. Sales people were very helpful and friendly.
This store is atrocious. Messy, dim/harsh lighting. Very few employees available to ask questions etc. However I found the department I needed and took a few things into the fitting room near the petites. OMG. I have never seen such a horrible, dirty place in my life. Clothes strewn across the floor, hangers and dust bunnies. But the most disgusting thing on the floor was a used tampon. Yes, you read that correctly. I practically ran out of the place and will NEVER RETURN. EVER.
Went to Macy's at Destiny Mall in Syracuse NY. I wanted ONE thing, a piece of kitchen equipment that was about 30 to 40 pounds in a box 1 foot by 2 feet. I couldn't find a cart, saleswoman had to clean off a merchandise cart. She and I had to take elevator down to first floor. I brought my car around. I guess I was supposed to get it loaded on the 2nd floor? Bring my car up there? I am not sure if I want to shop there for Xmas they need to help their customers and employees more.
It was very good experience. I was there a day before of black friday sale Wednesday. The manager Maria over there she help me alot to purchase all deal . She just make my mind to buy earlier is not a big difference. I just spend $ 1000 . Thanks Macys
Buying suits and things Bill is always accommodating and gets us what we're looking for. If they don't have your size they order it for you and ship it to your home. He even gets your license to input your address to cut the back and forth. Little things that make a big difference. They made sure we got the best deals as well. They want you to save money. That's why I go back year after year.
