• I've found higher end matching items at this store and TJ Maxx and this store has lower prices, apples-to-apples.
• They'll look up items at other locations for you if they don't have the color you're looking for in the mall and will ship them to you without hassle.
I'm not sure why there are so many poor reviews. The store itself is very inviting and the product is priced well.
• I've returned items there long after I purchased them with no issue. I purchased sunglasses there and went back in a few weeks later to get a case for them -- the employee gave me a brand matching case free of charge.

This store is completely BOGUS. My wife bought a pair of shorts for me over the summer off the clearance rack. She got home and they did not fit me. So she tried to return or exchange them for a different pair, but of course they did not have any larger size and refused to give her her money back or even offer a store credit. NEVER going there again.
I'm only giving two stars because I got a 300$ mk purse for 80 bucks. But I will never shop at this store again. I walked in and saw the purses right in front of the door. I saw the purse and immediately fell in love I picked it up and and was walking around the store with it looking at other items and I'm not t sure if it was a manager or a worker but he followed me every where. I mean to the point where my boyfriend walked in and was looking for me and the guy walked him to the back of the store where I was. There were plenty of other people in the store. Even after my boyfriend was in the store with me he continued to follow us around.
Lots of product within the store. The items are overpriced and tagged with sale stickers. Not sure who is falling for this game?
