Wonderful place great people, best experience I have had
Just forget it! Place is impossible to get in to just to be seen for an intake! Was told wrong information about the hours of availability for the Syracuse location so when I drove almost an hour to get there...I was already too late! Would have been nice to know the correct information when I actually called! Then I'm told I can set an appointment in Fulton but they have a waiting list of a couple of weeks...well I've waited this long to get my sister this appointment...what's a couple more weeks?! Then TWO months go by and they finally call me of course while I'm at work and don't even bother to leave me a massage on who to call back or why they called! I'm really disappointed with this place...I was told so many great things about the help being provided here but I guess my sister will have to settle for the drug prescribing "doctor's" at bunner street if she expects to be seen at all! Thanks for wasting a ton of my time!
