I would not recommend her to anyone!
After mopre than two years going there I find out same. She is locking money without attending the proper manners she should have with patients.
one of the most unprofessional people ive ever had the disservice of working with. waiting in the lobby the big receptionist started gossiping to me about a patient that just went in. after ignoring her i finally got into the doctor and she was extremely disrespectful to me. every question i asked was met with an attitude like Im burdening her. all i want to do is understand what's going on with MY health. i asked questions like 'are there any side effects to this medication?' and 'will it affect my appetite?' Octiviani seemed like a miserable person. I will not be going to my appt next month. not even worth it. the whole practice is so trashy. i would never recommend this place to anyone.
I went to Dr Octaviani for yrs as I could not find another dr. She is one of the most UNproffessional drs I have ever dealt with! She cares about the money only, not the patient or their well being.. She only works 3 days a week and tries to fit too many people into those days so you have to wait hours to see her. When trying to make an appt for the next month you will be told they will call you with a time, then never do! If you are there for meds ( which she gives out way too freely!) she will not discuss anything else!!! Even if you are sick! You will be told to make another appt.! I am reporting this dr to the Medical Board, as her practices are sometimes illegal!
