There is no where to sit in the waiting room. You wait too long.
Had a miserable experience at this place after providing them with a new insurance card. After waiting for a half hour in the sweltering (no air conditioning on an 80+ degree day) waiting room to see the doctor, they still couldn't figure out which was primary and refused to let my granddaughter see the doctor. Dr. Picerno is lovely, but she needs to get out of this practice. During our first appointment, they were to obtain a referral. After not hearing back for ten days, I had to call twice before someone could speak with me about the status of the referral. The whole vibe is that of a Medicaid clinic.
The worst experience ever! I feel that most of the staff are ignorance and not resourceful. I come to CFM for my I-693 form and i wish i never choose CFM. I went to see the doctor and she just do some check on me and didn’t really discuss about my health. A week later, i checked my personal information in their website and i come to know that i there are some vitamins that i need to get. The doctor don’t even say a word about any vitamins during my medical check up! I really wish they will be more compassionate towards their clients.
The manager name Erika Mawyin in that office is rude and disrespectful. She told my bf's father that he is not qualified to apply for insurance, when they forgot to filled out his paperwork and send it to the insurance office a month ago.
This place has dramatically changed for the worst!!! Do not recommend this place at all!
