My daughter s GS troop had a field trip there. Josh was great! Really cool place ( and I'm a Windows guy) but was really impressed!
***Let me add in the fact that it wasn't always this bad. When I came in 2 years ago, my iPhone 6 was about three days out ofwarranty and this AMAZING rep waved the new phone fee. I got a whole new phone. His name was Chris I believe. Bring back Chris.
Very rude! Everytime I come in it feels like I'm not wanted. reps make eye contact then look away. SUPER RUDE genius bar rep. Man screw this location. I'd rather deal with the over the phone customer service.
Amazing sales service. The people there are happy to help you find exactly what you’re looking for- or if you know what you want they will help you get it and get out fast. I’ve bought iPhones in under 10 minutes- activated and everything.
This place stinks. Everyone I've encountered here is rude and pompous. The three people I've dealt with are arrogant and have an attitude that is very abrasive. They have a good selection and they have what I needed in inventory so I'll give them the 2nd star, but that is being generous. Highly recommend staying away from this place.
I am a retired schoolteacher. I was a little apprehensive about going into the store. I wasn't sure I'd even know what questions to ask . But then this really nice clerk, Luca, put me right at ease and helped me solve the issue with my MacBook. He, and another nice guy, (name?) acted like there was nothing they'd rather be doing than to help me out. Awesome!
And I can’t complain about the price because it’s apple, it’s expensive and it’s worth it.
Granted technical support is not stellar- they’re just following apples guidelines and as a dev, I can say sometimes they’re off a bit in diagnosis but for most issues, they’re ready to get you fixed and ready to go faster and easier than any other computer store you’ll find nearby.
