I have a question, if anything one of you guys been there, do they trade Xbox that used with ps3?
We wanted to sell an Xbox 360 and some games,we knew they weren't worth much. The cashier scanned our games and gave us a total,we accepted. The cashier then looks at the games and says,"oh I'll have to mark these defective",the total went down quite a bit. We declined,took our stuff and left. Maybe she should have looked at everything before giving us a total.
The staff aren't helpful at all . When you put a warranty on something, you gatta be responsible for it. A guy there asked me for a recipt and ...bla bla bla. But when I went to the other store , they simply scaned my device and they exchanged it in a few mins for free . That means I won't come back again to game stop at destiny mall anymore.
Between that and skipping us at the head of the line,we will not be going back there!
That place was busy,only one cashier. We were in line at the counter and the cashier waits on the customers behind us,bevayse they had been in a couple times already.

I went to trade in my wife, the employee then said that she is outdated, and only worth one dollar and 47 cents. I then got a spongebob game, it made me feel better. The only reason I did not give it one star was because of the spongebob game.
