Went to purchase a laptop specifically to write school papers to save to a USBflashdrive or email. The product I bought is a low end laptop I do feel like the first "sales associate" was trying to be helpful and express the longevity of the product is not that of the higher end models but I still felt pushed to get something else. Once at the cash register the other sales associate told me the product had an 80% return rate. My response was then why is this product even for sale. I may be part of 80% but based on reviews and the use I need I highly doubt it. My disappointment is if you think a product is not worthy then it should not even be sold in the store. My other two cents in my experience is most electronics are not lasting a year anymore anyway without something breaking or slowing down. Not going to spend $$$ when it's going to break anyway. Disappointed with the over experience....
I recently went to this best buy to purchase a new phone and switch some others on my plan. Nick was beyond helpful and friendly. Not only did we leave with a new phone at a decent price, but all of our questions were answered, and our phones were set up and ready to use. Nick gave us excellent customer service and made everything so easy!
I had a great experience buying a laptop from this Best Buy location. Eric H. in the laptop department was very helpful and spent over an hour with me just answering my questions and giving me solid advice. Also very impressed with their price-matching abilities! Highly recommend this location for their service and knowledge.
staff is very friendly and helpful and their also give stickers to my kids when we walk in love the lay out of the store and if the don't have it they will try there best to try to help you find a place close that has it
Wonder why online shopping is so much better.... Would be nice if just one employee knew something other than what time their shift ends. Customer service is a thing of the past... Sad
