Great salesman named Dave who was well educated on your products, easy to talk to and who made it very clear that he was not in a rush and that my happiness was important to him. I am delighted with the mattress I purchased. The two gentlemen who came to deliver were prompt, very pleasant and efficient. I had a bed moved up a level and then the new bed brought in to replace the moved old bed. Quick, careful and a perfect job!! I am really happy that I went to Chinatown after multiple bad experiences with other mattress stores where I felt rushed and pushed to buy their recommendations instead of being allowed to decide myself. Thanks to all the Chinatown employees!!
My wife and I had a great experience at China Towne. Our sales person was very knowledgeable, they has a great selection of what we were looking for and we were very happy with the price we paid. Morgan (owner's daughter) helped us out when we came back while our sales person was with another customer and she was great too. China Towne is a well-run, locally-owned, family business! Definitely will buy here again!
Everyone was very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Rebecca was very hospitable showing us a variety of couches in the style we were looking for. She also encouraged the cookies they offer which were yummy! Both delivery men including Brian and I’m not sure of the other mans name; were very friendly and careful in the removal and set up of the couch. I recommend highly.
Chine Towne is the only place to go when shopping for Furniture or Mattresses; they are creative to every decorating need and offer so many options to make everyone happy! Their Delivery Team are sensitive to time schedules and providing "white shoe service"
Great experience. The sales person took the time to work with us one on one. I already knew what I wanted and they located it in the catalog and showed us similar pieces from the same line, on the sales floor, so we could see the quality. They special ordered the exact set I wanted and they even price matched a lower price from a competitor. Delivery service was quick and on time. They called and gave us a 2 hour window and then called again when they were 40 minutes away. Set up was quick and professional. All around I highly recommend China Towne!
