I really like this product and I had bought one from your originally inside the store.
I sent a email on the 13h saying that I would like to cancel my order.
For some reason on my order they didn't charge me for shipping but,
Bad customer service will always result in profit loss.
She made a big deal of the fact that I didn't have my phone with me that had the email containing the receipt because I was not listed in the names she had, even though I had placed the order two weeks ago.
Good store, my boyfriend works there
At this point I would send it back but I don't want to waste my time having to deal with your customer service.
There are less expensive nicer good quality brands out there who already do this and have great customer service.
After leaving and calling them on the phone the lady I spoke with agreed to send it to me and it would be here December 13th, this Tuesday. It was being delivered by a special truck that did these deliveries.

I went to the store, the lady inside the store was hanging around with her customers or friends for a little over 40 minutes laughing and doing nothing, and sitting on the Yogibo items for sale.
Then after she got off the phone proceed to to me she had cancelled that and would fill it in-store but it was going to take her 40-50 minutes to do that.
When my product arrived, the box was ripped and in terrible condition.
I came back in after her calling someone and asking for my information to help me but the person on the other end was not able to look up my information with neither my card or my purchase information.
The next one I ordered off the website.
I got an email saying store pick up.
I will be advising everyone I know to go someplace else like land of nod or potter barn.
So i went back out to the car and brought back my phone and then she went through the whole process again with the customer service because it apparently said that it was being shipped to my resident, which was fine.
When I finally went up to her and asked her for help, she wasn't friendly, made of show of showing that I had put her out by asking for help.
Within an hour or so I then received fed ex tracking information....
