The owner of the store, Malcolm, was very accessible and offered other suggestions, which widened my choices and met my needs.
I purchased furniture for my home in Canada. So this transaction was somewhat complex. The staff at Smith Contemporary spared no effort to help me do this. I chose to pick the furniture up in Syracuse. All in all, everything went smoothly with Smith Contemporary. The quality of the furniture was as expected and the value equation was excellent. I intend to buy more furniture there again.

The delivery & set up man was detail oriented & knowledgable. I have uneven floor and he was able to get the shelving even. He had a level w/him that he used.
Really cool stuff. Pricey but quality
We were looking high and low to find the unique hardware required to repair an old but still comfortable Westnofa chair. Malcolm was very helpful in solving our problem. That chair is back in service thanks to him and his staff.
