Love my new furniture
Myself and my mom was in there early Sunday evening and incounter one of the rudest sale rep. I don’t remember her name, but I think her name started with a C, she is African American. I wanted to purchase the matching bed to my dresser I bought not even a year ago. She couldn’t tell me the sale rep I had and then told me she could of been making a sale with someone else since they get paid by commissions . I am sorry I wasted her time, by she not giving me for what I was asking for. I really wanted the bed, but I will be going to another Raymour and Flanagan, which is not closer to my home and will be my last time because of her rudeness dealing with Raymour and Flanagan.

Comfortable environment
We ordered a dresser and two couches. They said that they would be there to drop them off from 11:45-2:45. We were there the entire time waiting and nothing came. That is a huge time frame that made it so that we had to take off from work to wait. When they didn't show up, we called them multiple times to ask what is going on. 3 hours later and still no one has arrived. I hope that they can fix their delivery service.
