Worst place to buy jewelry from, customer service skills are horrible, as well as the jewelry to offer. Check jewelry when purchase a lot of gold plated jewelry.

I'm so surprised they have bad reviews. I have been shopping here for years and maybe dealt w/each sales person & I always had a great experience. As far as the Chinese store down the street being better overall is nonsense.
The saleswoman who took care of me was extremely professional and courteous. Bersani has a great selection of jewelry and the prices on items I was interested in were pretty reasonable. Enjoyable experience :)
