I understand the 1 star rating & would give them 0 if I could. I cannot stand this store. Rude and lazy employees. They refused to service my husbands watch. They said they do not do that there and they would have to go to another Kays store. They even told him he didn't have warranties when he does. Disgusting service. We will shop elsewhere from now on.
In the earlier review a larger colored woman was mentioned. I believe she is a store manager and yes, not educated with jewelry. She doesn't know how to smile or interact with customers; worst of all she doesn't know how to apologize. I will spare the dreaded three year experience but I've been married for 2 months and kays has had my rings for repair for 6 weeks of that 2 months. At this point I just want my money back and my husband agrees. Id rather buy another ring from Wal-Mart because I'm sure the quality and service is better than this store.
sales women are extremely rude. The fat black girl was so uneducated, rude and unhelpful.
