I had a wonderful experience using united van lines and Delaney moving & storage for my long distance move across the country. I liked the myunited website because I could get regular updates and keep all my documents in one place. My moving coordinator (Brenda) was always easy to reach and contacted me fairly often to help me prepare for my move. The movers were professional and very polite. Great experience overall and I would strongly recommend them.
Everyone was courteous and professional. I moved out of state and the entire move went perfectly, absolutely no complaints. From the beginning, Art Delaney and Cheryl Hall made me feel comfortable and the follow up throughout the process was great. The driver, Daniel Godinez, was available to answer all of my questions during the move and he was confident in his work and handled the job perfectly. The workers who packed and moved my belongings worked extremely hard and were friendly and upbeat which I appreciated as this was a stressful time for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Delaney Moving & Storage to anyone thinking of moving. They are fabulous!
In contrast to the positive reviews we read about Delaney Moving and Storage we did not have a good experience. We had a hard time reaching anyone to ask questions, our scheduled move was delayed, proper arrangements were not made to park the truck at our new residence so items were lost and damaged. Although we purchased replacement insurance our claim was denied because we packed our own boxes. We were very disappointed.
Excellent moving service from initial review and estimate of items to be shipped through completed delivery. Everything proceeded as scheduled.
They go above and beyond. Cheryl was super helpful with scheduling and handling our move. She definitely helped make this experience less stressful. Art was super personable and thorough when he came over to our home. The movers were great guys and definitely hard workers. I highly recommend considering this company for your move.
Moving crew was very courteous and professional and were careful in moving all items as to not cause any damage to the furniture being moved and covered the floors so there would be no damage. Would definitely recommend Delaney Moving and Storage.
