Brad was very helpful! The cargo van was brand new and fit the bill for the task at hand. Very pleased with the experience at this new U-Haul location.
They allegedly out source their phone calls to a call center that has no idea what they are representing. I asked if I was calling the facility on 6341 Thompson road and she took 30 seconds to answer. She had no idea on lock specifications and had no immediate method of contacting the facility directly. She paused for 2 minute bursts when I inquired on availability and then on the availability of a specific size. They do not deserve business if they associate with such a headache. AVOID THIS PLACE.
