The move was extremely well handled by folks who were responsible, prompt, professional, friendly, and personable. I am more than delighted by the quality of the work of these guys.
I am very pissed they packed and moved all of my things quickly but upon recieving if things were broken and some of my things are missing!!!!
Yesterday (25 May 2017) the crew that came to pack my stuff came on time and "looked professional", that was the only good thing I have to say. Today after everything got in the truck to be shipped and they left, I started to clean the house, to find out the packing crew from yesterday opened and stole a pair of LG headphones and a Atom Bluetooth. Both brand new in the package. When I started to clean I saw both boxes thrown on the floor with a pile of trash and items they couldn't take. This is my last Military move. I will go out of my way to ensure no Soldier pass through my experience with this Ghetto Company. Probably the few 5 stars reviews are their own employees to get a bonus. If I was able to get a decision on who is coming I would not get a company with a 2.6 average review.
Fox Hollow moved us from an apartment to a house. I was very stressed out about the move, but the team at Follow Hollow made the move and transition easy/stress free (Traci, Freddy, Mike). They showed the up most professionalism and care with our belongings. There were no damages to our furniture and the moving team even managed to finish an hour ahead of schedule. I would most definitely recommend Fox Hollow to anyone looking for movers. They were fantastic!!!
NO SHOW. If I could give a 0-star rating I would. I scheduled this company to move only SIX pieces of furniture with three weeks notice. I spoke to who I assume is the owner himself. Come moving day, no one showed up. No one called, no one contacted me. The fact that a professional service like this would just not show up to the agreed upon time and date is simply absurd. Will not bother trying to reschedule, I'll just find another company.
