Michelle is the BEST; She actually CARES ABOUT HER CUSTOMERS. She has said from the beginning "if you keep me informed, I will work with you" Michelle is very true to her word. YOU ARE THE BEST, THANK YOU MICHELLE.
The Manager is ALWAYS NICE AND KIND. She has had to call me a few times about my account; she is always Pleasant when I go in to see her and ask her for help. Wish there were more people like her; if there was the world would be a different place. Thank you for what you do and how you treet people
The Manager knows her job and policies very well. She is very Friendly and Patient. I like the fact that the place is clean and the 2 employees there seem to really get along and like there jobs. The younger girl seems a little shy. Hopefully the older one can break her of her shyness. The older one seems very outgoing and energetic. BOTH very Friendly though.
MICHELLE AND SHAMARRA WERE VERY NICE AND INFORMATIVE.. THEY MADE SURE WE UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING AND ALSO KEPT UP A GOOD CONVERSATION WHILE HANDLING THINGS. VERY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT YOU DON'T FIND EVERYWHERE. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM ANYDAY.
The Manager is a Real stickler to Policies. She does have a nice personality and is always kind. Just a little to by the book for me. Her co worker is very sweet. It is a nice change however to see how clean the place is and friendly they are. Old manager was NOT a NICE PERSON
