I love this place, I try to stay there every year I go to the horse show that takes place on the fair grounds. Helpful staff, clean rooms, restaurant inside the hotel so you don't have to leave if you don't want to and its close to basically everything you'd need. Only thing missing is a pool and I'd never want to leave!! Seriously though, a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.
The room was nicely decorated. The bathroom could use an upgrade such as new shower curtain (it was yellow and ripped) door was all scratched on back. Our room had a musty smell to it and the carpet was wet. I'm thinking they shampoo the carpet but it didn't have time to dry properly. But had it dried the room itself was great. On the very high downside we were on the bottom floor and the floors were paper thin! We could hear every step the person took upstairs. And it was very loud. Plus side very close to Fairgrounds!
This is by far the Best Western that I have stayed at yet. It's exceptionally clean the bartender was outstanding the night of our arrival and I have no complaints I wasn't really fond of the continental breakfast but at least something was provided the only thing I might suggest is some type of a gluten-free option other than yogurt or fresh fruit
Great rooms. Good price. Staff awesome! Especially Johnathan that worked the overnight. Helped a lot with what I needed. Clean comfortable rooms. You wont be disappointed!
Overall, it is a nice hotel. The room was clean, well kept and updated. The breakfast was good for being included and included waffles, breads, bagels, eggs and sausage. The only bad thing was some noise as late as midnight from a youth sports team which was staying on the same floor.
