Standard hotel really. Staff is Luke warm. Rooms are average but clean. We have stayed here multiple times and never had any issues.
Rating is for the conference facility and staff. Very nice space and theater - where I presented to an audience in the lower part of the building. However, before going on, I was wooed by one Jeff Goldblum playing the piano. No one else was there, so it was as if it was part of the hotel experience just for me. ;) Very cool, and FYI, the guy can jazzy jam on the keys.
Used this location for our wedding last October. Jamie and Sheila were absolutely fantastic at catering to our every need. We are still getting compliments on the venue and the food that was served. Complete perfection on the part of the staff, which made our reception something truly memorable. Would recommend to everyone!
I really like this place. It's one of Syracuse's secret gems. Try their awesome brunch menu.
Was there for a monthly professional group meeting, and first time we held it here. I hope we go back! The food was excellent!
