New, clean and lots of space in both rooms and public areas. Bar is slow, and some mechanical problems. But just opened and staff are VERY helpful, working hard to fix the expected problems of a brand new hotel. Easy drive to Destiny USA inn the cold. Walk to the sky bridge easily when it's warm. Worth the stay if Destiny USA is the destination:)
Brand new hotel when I stayed here. Good side was everything was clean and modern. The staff is friendly but also new so it'll take some time to learn everything. My room was on the top floor. Water pressure in the shower was terrible but after removing the showerhead and clearing all the plumbing debris from the pipe, the pressure was awesome.
Nice brand new hotel. They're still working out a few kinks (only been open 10 days at this point) but it is nice. Free breakfast is great. Super close to the Destiny USA mall. Staff very friendly. Would stay here again.

Heather the MOD on the weekend my family came into town for a medical emergency was exceptional, sympathic, compassionate and helpful. In an otherwise difficult time going back and forth to the VA, she helped us get rooms short notice, have transportation back and forth, and offered her help continuously. My whole family would come here again and are so Thankful.
