Just an amazing stay. The staff were totally on point! Amanda C is the best front desk person I have ever dealt with. Great location. Well appointed rooms. A++++
It's decent. The hotel itself is spacious, rooms are not the cleanest ever but they're not the worst either. Staff is really helpful and friendly. I do appreciate the free drink tickets!
Almost all rooms line the highway and have thin windows it is very loud. The ac/Heat is very loud. The housekeeping staff are extremely loud and like to yell to each other from room to room and walk around with radios on full blast what better way to wake up after sleeping poorly.
Very disappointed. Was looking forward to a relaxing night before the Syracuse half marathon instead we got a dance party (wedding) on the floor above until 1130...the staff was very helpful that's the one star. Room was dirty...won't stay there again and would not recommend it...sorry not worth the money.
Kinda pricey, was expecting a bigger room but the service is excellent. Very nice people and they do really good breakfast. I've stayed here a few times it's in a spot that is convenient to where I needed to be so I didn't mind paying the price. And the service makes up for it they treat you very well here. If you are going to the state fair or the destiny USA mall and plan on staying overnight this place is perfect the mall is basically up the road.
