The service is pathetic. Worst rental location in whole United States. It doesn't even deserve one Star.
We rented a car for a week...good customer service, good value. In and out for both car pick up and car drop off. No issues at all!
My experience was very disturbing; because, I rented the car for less than 3 hours, and they still have not released the $200+ dollars that they charged my card. Furthermore, they charged me $53.53 for the three hours after stating that it would be $37.54 for one day.
The Management Team at the Dewitt, NY AVIS Location consistently goes out of there way to ensure that I'm completely satisfied. I have also shared this recognition feedback to the Corporation that I work for and that's one of the specific reasons that AVIS continues to be a Preferred Supplier that we're to rent from.
Fast service and plenty of parking space.
Next I call to speak to someone; and, immediately, without saying hello, I am put on hold for at least 5 minutes before I hang up and post this note.
