Call Dollar Syracuse, a real person picks up the phone immediately, clutch Dollar comes up with plan to overnight the spare key no charge, they rush to post office to mail the spare key in time to make the cutoff for 12pm next day delivery, they had like a 5 min window to get it there.

The car was good. They'll slip extra charges onto the invoice, though. I tried to get them to take off the extra charge after I signed but they were unyielding.
