Booked a car for $126- Manager refused to rent the vehicle
After renting told we couldn't return car to another location. Of course we didn't know that until we were in another city! They were not helpful at all and rude. AVOID THIS LOCATION
when I did not want to upgrade for another $300..
This place didn't tell me I ever needed a paystub or that they can't rent if you have points on your license. Or that they take $200 over the car rental fee. Never coming here AGAIN.
Terrible Service !!! Booked a rental for one night ( 1/13/17- 1/14/17 ) for $22.52 including taxes and service fees through hotwire and when I returned my rental I was being charged $31.90 for the rental there was no explanation as to why I was being charged more money & no one tried to compensate or reimburse me they just sent me on way . I will no rent from here again .
