Be ready for a slight walk during pick up and drop off in Syracuse . Not a big deal, but annoying when you expect after your flights to get in/get out of a car and get to your destination. Staff was very nice..
Prompt service when I was in a pinch, and exceptionally flexible each time my plans changed. You can't always count on flights, but you can count on cars (especially from the Hancock International Enterprise). Thank you for making my experience less stressful than it could have been.

I experienced interaction with a very lovely person behind the desk but since he had plenty of available cars and I am a good customer, I felt he should have offered me a free upgrade, which he did not. Otherwise the experience was very nice!
